Windsor House
In March 2007 a County Cavan building company P Elliot bought the block for £30m, with the intention of converting the building into luxury apartments. Once completed, the Obel Tower will overtake Windsor House as the tallest in Ireland and in turn the Aurora building will then take this position from the Obel. The Elysian building in Cork including its decorative spire is taller by one metre and three taller skyscrapers to be built in Dublin in the Republic of Ireland were given planning permission in July 2006.
