Vila Tabatinga House In a 1600 square meter piece of land it was build a beach house for a millionaire and his wife and four children. The house has a total area of 1500 square meters and it was divided into three floors. A underground garage for up to 12 cars, wine-cellar, employee bathroom, storage area, and the stairs that connect all pavements. The main floor was divided into three sectors: Social: located in the middle of the residence and has the dining room, bar, living room, powder room, home theatre, patio and barbecue. Guests: There are four guests bedroom with a bathroom for each two bedrooms. All the rooms have balconies and have the view of a beautiful tropical garden. Service and Employee Area: This area has a kitchen, storage rooms, laundry room, service area roofless, china storage and also for the employee that live in the house there is two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room, kitchen and laundry room for employees. Garden: A huge swimming pool was designed to look like a lake and it’s an infinity pool, having the feeling that the pool ends in the ocean. The pool has blue quartz as finishing touch, a natural Brazil stone. The floor around the pool is a roman travertine marble. All the flooring of the house and bathroom walls is white rustic marble, for being a beach house. The white marble keeps that fresh feeling and reflects all the natural light that shine from the huge glass doors from the balconies. In the main living room with a 10 meter high ceiling has a 5 meter high by 10 meter wide door that opens to the balcony and has the ocean and beach view. At the top of this huge door has a screen, that is inside the wall and comes out with the touch of a button, it has 120` and it can be seen from both sides, where the owners play movies and musical DVDs, the screen can be watched from either the pool, the beach, the boat anchored on the water, or from the inside of the house sitting in the living room. To finish off the main floor, there is still a SPA, sauna and dressing rooms. Moving up to the top floor, that is where the family has their bedroom suites. It was divided into two areas, one for the three older children with three spacious bedroom ensuites with balconies with the ocean view and a huge home theatre. On the ceiling of the home theatre, it was designed a special lighting with fibre optics and with light that at night with only those lights are on has the feeling of being in the outside with lots of stars in the sky. The second area connected with a “bridge` that passes on top of the main living room there is the master suite with two bathrooms, TV room, closet, king size bed and a balcony with views to the ocean and beach, as well as to the sunset. Also in the same area is located the bedroom for the youngest child that has the same ceiling lighting as the home theatre. This house was built in 14 months and it’s located in a luxury golf course condominium at the north shore of São Paulo, Brazil.
