Winner of the competition concerning the development of the new Changfeng centre in the city of Taiyuan in China, Arte Charpentier Associés is designing the new Opera, an emblematic building in the central square.
Other cultural facilities : a library and concert halls, are included in the programme for this new administrative and cultural centre, which will also encompass a City of Sciences and the Taiyuan City Museum.
