Ensuring panorama towards San Isidro Golf Club of Lima this apartment block contains luxurious contemporary living amenities. Each level shares part of two separate duplex units fitted with terraced garden and swimming pool.
Horizontal slabs of the duplexes generate rectangular outline, which has been shifted horizontally at different level. Displacement allows access of sunlight into the garden area. Hanging balconies also varies in size and location. The ultimate structure evolves into a dynamic urban entity.
