Residential building "Parus" (Sail)
The apartment house "Parus" (Sail) is located in southern part of Khodynskoe Pole and is organic end of an inhabited complex "Grandee-park". The house is on the central axis of a complex formed before settled down here runway. 17 cases is formed by way of two arches of various radius and corresponds to a smooth bend of road. The house has 24 floors. The unusual facade of the house reminds the form of a drop, or inflated of wind a sail, placed westerly east, by a protuberant side southward, concave-one north. Building is projected by a different height, because of his location from south part of area, requiring insolation of building of school, and the out bowed line of facade is consonant with the by volume decisions of other buildings of Khodynskoe Pole. The house is divided into five sectors, five inhabited sections with the lobbies and ladder-lift groups. Because of the form has a variable floor: from 3-kh to 23-kh of dwellings floors. The first and second floors make a socially-business functional zone. In an underground part of a building two levels of underground parking place settle down. In butt-end sections there are 2-kh level apartments with terrace loggias.
