Remodeled main building and a new build three storey glulam timber frame to the rear
Percy Street is a conversion of a Grade II Listed terraced house in London W1 into 6 flats and 2 floors of office space. The project consisted of the remodelling of the main building and adding a new build three storey glulam timber frame to the rear. The larch frame elements were fabricated off site, panelized, and craned into position; the principal structure was erected in one day. Larch was chosen due to its sustainability and durability when exposed to the elements.
