The design of the building is defined by two modules divided symmetrically by an axis of composition; these modules where the departments are located are joined by a module of stairs that are the backbone and that allows to move us horizontally and vertically inside the set. These modules to which we are referring will be integrated virtually due to the fact that in both the same type of materials were in use; (concrete apparent) and distinctive elements, this is in order to achieve the harmony in the set and all its environment. This project is shaped by the ground floor and two levels; which shelter a whole of five departments of an alone plant(floor) with entrepisos of 2.80 m communicated by means of a module of stairs that will lead to all the departments. The ground floor located in the level +0.00 m locates the pedestrian access and the parking contemplated to lodge 6 booths (3 booths boys and 3 big booths), in addition it is born in mind to locate boards, cistern and area of alertness. In this plant(floor) also there is located a department that counts; inside the social area with the stay and the dining room, in the area he(she) becomes intimate with two bedrooms with closet integrated(repaid) for each one and a bath for the principal bedroom, and in the area of services with a bath, court of service and kitchen(cuisine). In the first level two departments are located; every department possesses(relies on) equally inside the social area room and dining room, in the area he(she) becomes intimate with two bedrooms with closet integrated(repaid) and a bath for the principal bedroom, and in the area of services there is had court of service, kitchen(cuisine) and bath. In the second level they are located as in the first level a whole of two department and that possesses(relies on) of the same way the described spaces previously with the exception of that in addition taking in counts(tells) a backstairs towards the roof to locate the area of wash for each of these two departments. The materials used inside the departments are: floors(flats) of wood, walls of block hollow plastered and walls and columns of concrete apparent. Adding in the front a great large window with carpentries of steel, aluminium and with panels of translucent crystal that makes obtain an ideal, own(proper) luminosity in order that the spaces in the interior have the maximum quality and comfort; existing in addition a perspective between(among) the interior and the exterior.
