The PAGCOR Tower is a proposal for a 665 m (2,182 ft) tall observation tower near Manila Bay in Manila, Philippines. The tower was meant to be constructed as the landmark of the now under construction Pagcor City, a leisure area including hotels and casinos. The tower became popular after publication of a 2008 biznews Asia article, but has not been included in later plans on the project. PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) is a government-owned corporation that operates 13 casinos and 28 satellite casinos in the Philippines. PAGCOR also provides electronic and web-based games.
