One40william

one40william is set to become one of the most significant and influential construction projects in Perth, setting a benchmark in environmental design and bringing new life to Perth's retail centre.
 
The development, which comprises 36,000 square metres of commercial office and 6,000 square metres of retail, food and entertainment tenancies, will tower above the new underground railway platforms on William Street, revitalising this landmark site. Also incorporated into the design are several heritage buildings, including the Wellington Building, former Globe Hotel and Baird's Building, which will all be fully restored.
 
The A$215 million project recently achieved a 5 Star Green Star Office Design rating from the Green Building Council of Australia, meeting Cbus Property's requirements for the development, and also those of their major state government tenant. This iconic development will set new standards for tenant comfort and corporate social responsibility, and is also aiming upon completion for a 5 Star Green Star As Built rating.
