AE Interests: The façade of this building features a unique
‘diagrid’ support structure, the only one of its kind in Sydney.
The structure contains many innovative, environmentally sustainable
technologies such as passive chilled beams and harbor water for
heat rejection giving the building a 6 Star Green Star rating.
