The building, consisting of staggered semi-circular rings, integrates with the landscape,
maintaining the landscape’s original topography. Located in an Atlantic rainforest reserve,
the architecture makes the most of natural light whilst allowing for visibility over the five
operational floors. The central staircase definitively separates the building in half, with floor
to ceiling heights varying from six to twenty meters. Large reflective pools on the roof help
to maintain the relative humidity of the air, mitigate the thermal load inside the building
and provide large water reserves in case of fire. Pre-cast concrete is used for the structure
and the floors are protected from the sun by white steel shades.

O edifício constituído por anéis semi-circulares escalonados, integra-se com a paisagem,
mantendo o desenho topográfico original do terreno. Situada em reserva florestal de Mata
Atlântica, a arquitetura proporciona iluminação natural e visibilidade nos cinco níveis
funcionais. A escada central rasga o edifício ao meio, com pés direito que variam de seis a
vinte metros de altura. Grandes espelhos de água sobre as coberturas, mantém a umidade
relativa do ar, atenuam a carga térmica dos andares e se constituem em grandes áreas de
reserva de incêndio. A estrutura de concreto é pré-fabricada e os andares são protegidos
por estruturas metálicas brancas de sombreamento.
