Magnificent HomesEdit profile
Located at Tolichowki, Hyderabad, we have designed a gated community project for M/s. Magnificent Homes Pvt. Ltd. comprising of 30 villas, and a 6,000sft club house built on 5.1 acres of land. Every conceivable facility with in-depth detailing of space planning and utility services has been provided at this prestigious high end gated community. The internal roads are 40’ wide and have avenue plantation and a top class security system, along with lush greenery on all sides.
More over the developer’s interest was to provide the best internal finishes, use of high end materials and a very good infrastructure having incorporated all the modern amenities and green building features like solar heaters, STP, rain water harvesting pits and a water sump separately provided for each house.
The design concept is minimalist with a play of simple straight lines, demonstrating how simple ideas can enrich everyday living, delight the inhabitants and all those who experience those spaces.
The villas have been designed in accordance with vaastu principles, because in Hyderabad Vastu plays a very vital and important role of any project affecting its price and rentals. Each villa is built on 400 and 550 sq yards having a built up area of 4000sft to 5000sft respectively, which is spread over gnd+2 floors. Each villa has a provision for two car parks. Optimal utilization of space has been achieved within the villas creating beautiful spaces, which fulfills every owner’s requirements and expectation to the maximum and also allows sufficient scope for customization.
The living spaces have been expanded by erasing the separations between rooms and functions, thus creating a flow of activities and living condition, enabling visual contact while making allowance for privacy.
Every space that one runs into has a distinctive character that can be identified by the feel and emotions that are cultivated. The first feeling therefore when you see the house is a new sense of simplicity. The use of contemporary materials like glass, wood and steel lend a contemporary look to the home commanding an air of elegance. Touch of different hues with paintings and artifacts has been added in the various spaces to enliven a pearly white backdrop of walls. Furniture in the dining area is quiet contrast to the wall colors but in sync with the tender minimalist and monochromatic color scheme of the space. Wooden flooring in some of the areas gives a strong contrast to the white scheme while adding the organic substance to the entire space.
One can overlook into this area from the first floor Family Lounge, a cozy space ideal for interaction, bonding and communication.
The provision for Mood Lighting with multiple light scene settings allows one to change the character of space and the relation with it. The bedrooms have cove lighting, which gives a soft wash of light on the wall creating a perfectly romantic atmosphere. Niches provided in various areas, lit up with a blue light have been used to incorporate small artifacts.
An elegantly designed bar occupies one corner of the entertainment room, with one wall being used for the home theatre system.
A modular kitchen has been designed to suit modern needs and cooking habits.
The toilets have been designed using latest fixtures and fittings.
The club house built over 1500 sq yards of land including landscaping.
