The “Spa Gardens Hotel` (Kurparkhotel) Bad Sooden - Allendorf, built in 1976, should be renovated. The area of the existing event hall, was taken down and a new extension to the hotel should be developed.
According to the monument conservator, the rounded-part of the extension should be integrated in the park.
The hotel is built for patients at a health resort and also for conferences which could take place in this hotel
Extension
-- The extension was planned as a three-storied stacked storey
-- The extension doesn’t have a cellar
-- The extension has 48 hotel rooms . Individual sizes from 25 m2 to 35 m2
-- The facade gets WDVS - facade manufactured with bright plaster
-- The construction consists of concrete component
-- Curtain Wall in appearance with stick frame optic, Windows and exterior doors made of aluminium profiles
-- According the furnishing the hotel is put into a category of a 4-star hotel
-- The floor of the top floor is on site 8.20 m.
- The outside area is brought into line with the spar park
- Existing trees are protected during the construction.
-- Usable floor space approximate1400 m²
-- The new building has an elevator
-- An area for events with view of the town is planned of the flat roof in front of the stacked storey.
