Every group of eight children forms a small family and there is assigned to each one a unit of independent space, a house. All the units are equal and at the same time they are different for his position with regard to the Sun, the sights and the relation with his neighbors. Between all they form a community that meets concerning a central space, a common place like covered court where to share experiences, one marries court. The community belongs to a major group integrated to the city, as what the central space has continuity in a grove where the units find cover, one marries court inside the forest. The grove grows and fuses with the urban space forming a garden of public access that looks at the Desert of the Palms, fundamental landscape of the common identity of Benicàssim, Khan Feliç one marries court inside the forest in Benicàssim’s landscape.
The Can Feliç project offers us the opportunity to investigate on the concepts of one and the multiple thing, the equal thing and the different thing, as way of penetrating into the knowledge of the human relations that are established between individual and company. As method of work it splits of the beginning of Architecture Aditiva enunciated in 1970 by Jørn Utzon, ” a new architectural expression with the same attributes and effects that are obtained, for example, on having added more trees to a forest, more deer to a herd, more stones to a beach … “.
