Ilopolis Bread Museum

The Bread Museum tries to reflect the profound traditions routed in Brazilian culture that act as a firm foundation for inventiveness and innovation which have always been main driving forces towards progress. The restored, authentic Colognese Mill, which is the heart of the complex, was built by the Italian immigrants. It was refurbished with the help of the Italo Latino American Institute (IILA) aiming to recover original elements and functions and to incorporate the abandoned back into the day-to-day of Ilopolis.
