Hoxton Fins
Sitting between a Grade II listed building, and the Hoxton Hotel, this brick building has been transformed into 15,600 sqft of creative work space. Referencing Hoxton's historical roots as a meadow beyond the City walls the site has a green courtyard to the rear, and a new timber rooftop pavilion and terrace. The elevation is designed to be reminiscent of buttercups and meadow grass with yellow fibre-optic flowers and illuminated green glass fins shimmering in the sunlight.
