House Two
Designed by Eduardo Berlin Razmilic Associated Architects, House Two is located in Los Domínicos, Santiago, Chile. The house’s every-day living quarters take up the whole ground floor, with a first floor ‘den’ and a basement garage.

Opposing the site’s natural slope, the house and garden sit 3.5m above street level. The house is constructed using a combination of exposed concrete, stone, glass, and marble presenting itself with simple lines and large open plan spaces.

Partially sheltered by the second level’s large volume, a 500m² court allows for parking and access to the houe via a central staircase.

The third level of the house incorporators a den and a large open terrace looking over the views of the Andes while providing natural light to lower levels.
