Gran Terraza Lomas Verdes opened its doors November 2011. It was decided to build a shopping center with supermarkets, cinemas and restaurants, cafes and local shops complementary to the service and entertainment. It is located north of the metropolitan area of Mexico City in the municipality of Naucalpan which is a residential area with a high commercial potential fully consolidated. The shopping center attracts by the width of its spaces and modern design which features a huge dome that allows the use of sunlight and fountains, strategically distributed, giving it a natural and avant-garde to the place. It is equipped with sufficient lighting, security, signage, and landscaping. The idea of the architect was to conceive it as a meeting public place, pleasing, and with unique details. Grand Terraza Lomas Verdes has three fully occupied commercial levels: street level, ground floor and first level. The business mix is well balanced. On the street floor level connects directly to the sidewalk where international restaurants of high quality are located in addition to commercial services. On the main floor, where the large terrace is located; as anchor store there is a convenience store , accompanied by other medium sized stores that complement this level , shops and kiosks that complement the environment into a central area where people can enjoy long stay. The first level is characterized by the entertainment anchor to a cinema complex and children's entertainment, There are also located a couple of restaurants, front of the theatre lobby, making synergistic with the same focus to youth and family environment, on this floor to complement the service is located a gym, a bank area, utilities, food court area and shops with different twists to extend the offer to the user. The Mall location is privileged since it is surrounded by homes, schools and universities in a population of middle and upper class, which gives a steady and assured into the shopping centre.
