The project consits of offices, conference rooms, logistic centres, on-site social facilities and car parks. The various functions have been intergarted into one place. The buildings are located along the Rhine-Marne canal.
Design and techinal features of the building:
- Geothermal wells (ground source heat-pumps) with controlled temperature outlets to the nearby canal, enabling the heating and cooling of the building to take place without the use of fossil fuels.
- Textile chimneys on the roof for the natural ventilation of the atrim areas. The atrium acts as a buffer zone between the office areas and the exterior. The building features a mixed ventilation system (natuaral ventilation and double-flux ventilation).
