Estadio Municipal de La Florida

Estadio Bicentenario Municipal de La Florida is a multi-purpose stadium, located in La Florida, one of the southern areas of Santiago, Chile. It is used mostly for football matches, because it is the home stadium of the Chilean football team Audax Club Sportivo Italiano. The stadium was built in the same place where the old 'Estadio Municipal' was placed. The former stadium was built in 1986 and demolished in 2008.

In 2007, La Florida was selected as a venue for the 2008 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup. In order to comply with FIFA standards, the old stadium was torn down and a completely new venue was built. The capacity of the latter was increased from 7,000 to 12,000 people. The new stadium was inaugurated on November 12, 2008.

The stadium also hosts a variety of events such as summer theatre festivals and music concerts, as the KISS concert in early 2009, with 18,000 people in attendance. Faith No More performed at the stadium on October 30, 2009 as part of their The Second Coming Tour. For that concert, 9,000 tickets were sold within the first two days of presale, at the end more than 25,000 people attended the concert. The stadium has also been used for concerts by Rammstein, Rage Against the Machine, The Mars Volta, The Black Eyed Peas, Green Day among others, and also hosted the very last concert of Faith No More's The Second Coming Tour after over 30,000 people signed an online petition for the band to close the tour in Chile. Over 28,000 people attended the concert held on December 5, 2010.
