Esek Hopkins House

Esek Hopkins House is an historic home on 97 Admiral Street (just off Route 146) in Providence, Rhode Island. The house was the home of Esek Hopkins, the first commander-in-chief of the American Navy during the American Revolution.

The house was built in 1754 and transferred to the City of Providence in 1906. In 1973 the house was added to the National Register of Historic Places.
