The Enmore Theatre is a theatre and entertainment venue in Sydney. It is located on Enmore Road in the suburb of Enmore, south-west of the adjoining suburb, Newtown. It is a medium-sized venue. The history and atmosphere of the building have attracted some of the world's largest bands.
Australian comedy acts that have played at the theatre include: Merrick and Rosso, Wil Anderson, Lano and Woodley, Rove McManus, and Carl Barron. The Enmore Theatre is becoming known as a major space for children's entertainment featuring acts such as The Wiggles, Justine Clarke, The Fairies & Lah-Lah. It was the venue of several Miss Globe pageant during 1950s and 1960s.
