CreÅ£ulescu Palace (Palatul CreÅ£ulescu in Romanian, alternative spelling "Kretzulescu") is a historic building near the Cişmigiu Gardens on the Åžtirbei Vodă street nr. 39 in Bucharest, Romania. It has been built for the CreÅ£ulescu family at the beginning of the 20th century, by Romanian architect Petre Antonescu (1873-1965). Since 1972, it houses the headquarters of UNESCO's European Centre for Higher Education UNESCO-CEPES (known as CEPES after its French name, Centre Europeén pour l'enseignement supérieur).
