Turner provided preconstruction and construction services for a 410,000 sq. ft. teaching facility and offices for the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. The roof feature consists of four pipe-supported glass "funnels" which slope down into a Winter Garden. This project also included 90,000 sq. ft. of underground parking space. The site is located at the University of Chicago campus in a dense residential neighborhood next to historic Rockefeller Cathedral and Frank Lloyd Wright's Frederick C. Robie House.
