It is separated from the sharp and visually crowded urban context with its calm curvilinear forms. The white streamline shape is also considered as a reference to the planes.Warm materials and intensive usage of natural light offers to visitors a serene escape from the city. The building is about 60,000 sqm 12,000 sqm of which is the hypermarket that extens over two floors. Remaining 11,500 sqm is designated to the retail and food-court. Three basement floors are allocated as parking area with a capacity of 1000 cars. The wide platform in front of the entrances is designed as a relieving space, opposing to the high density neighborhood around. Another open space planned is the terrace on the food-court level. Facade materials are composed by 1 by 3 meter flexible ceramic panels, black slate, U channel glass blocks and curved frit glass.
