It was built to give a place for dinners, parties and over activities to the guests of the suburban hotel wich is located at a pretty remote place not far from St-Petersburg, Russia, about 2 hours by car from the city centre. This hotel is occupied by skiers in winter or children with grannies in summer times.
The hotel consists of small blocked cottages surrounded by wooden fence (about 2 meters height). The placement of the cafe was chosen to create a welcoming appearence of the place. It was very important to connect the inside of the building to the beautiful wild landscape.
