Café Cultural en el Polígono Sur

The new equipment is an opportunity to make the only free space in the southern polygon be able to connect at the city level with the city through Guadaira Park. This homogeneity is altered only when the building rises from the ground to produce hits that connect with the inner square. They create physical and visual continuity between the northeast and southwest of the building, points of communication with the city and park respectively. With these elevations, the building is only supported on two points, leaving the plot to ground level when the building is in use, open to the public, free almost entirely, giving the space to the city and linking it to inside the block.

The solution therefore gives rise to the dual condition to make a proposal open and closed, proposes the creation of a large private patio-a priori-public or the design of a small square, a public-private priori, or at least use conditioned.
