Bach 4 Apartments

Apartment complex made of two buildings accessed from two different streets and looking onto a circular plaza. The design of the facade is particularly interesting for the use of materials prominent in the Catalan craft tradition—the predominant element is brick, which encompasses the entire building in horizontal strips, and two vertical ceramic lattices that give an effect of transparency inside the dwellings.
The program includes:
- no. 4, calle Compositor Bach: 12 apartments, shops on ground floor.  Client: Ebsa
- no. 6, calle Pérez Cabrero: 21 apartments. Client: Andreu
Total area: 31,000 sqm
