The client needed to have an apartment with different rooms but still with the feeling of being in a Loft. The decision was to separate the DAY-life from the NIGHT life, allowing each sector to be a loft.
Those two sectors are carefully designed so that the two chosen coatings materials ( wood and cement) appear in each one as the unifing elements.
Exposition walls were required in the social area in order to expose the client’s art collection.
