Completed in January 2009, 60 Threadneedle Street is a 20,600m2 nine-storey building designed by Eric Parry architects. The development forms part of the site previously occupied by The London Stock Exchange. Considered one of the best new buildings of the recent development cycle, 60 Threadneedle Street has attracted financial, insurance and banking occupiers. The development achieved a BREEAM Excellent Rating – the highest standard for environmental performance.
