The proposal starts with some conditions, housing: social, planning regulations: with quantitative and volumetric rules of a place: an area of expansion based on a pure model of growth without a special intention in forming a kind of city, and tight economic conditions. The interpretation thought the project with the available resources; on one hand the positive investigation that involves the construction of a collective building, and on the other hand the raw aspect of the lack of support makes an urban condition clear and organized, configures the work tools.
