100 East Pratt Street is a building located in Baltimore, Maryland. The building originally began construction in 1973 by Emery Roth and Sons, though it halted in 1975. Construction was then completed and developed in 1992 by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill. The building stands at 418 ft. (128 m), containing twenty-eight floors. This tower with over 110,000 square feet (10,000 m2) consists of aluminum, glass and steel. In 1997, the building's firm was bought by Boston Properties, and later bought by Wells Real Estate in 2005.
