100 Cheapside

Designed by Michael Aukett Architects on behalf of Menolly Investments, 100 Cheapside comprises the comprehensive redevelopment of a prominent site at the corner of King Street and Cheapside on the ceremonial route to and from the Guildhall. The new building is arranged on two basements, ground and nine upper floors and comprises a gross external area of circa 12,890 sq.m (138,754 sq.ft) providing circa 1,202 sq.m (12,939 sq.ft) nett retail space and 8,004 sq.m (86,159 sq.ft) nett office accommodation including trading use. The proposed building is a well received and praised, high quality, efficient, bold and imaginative new development.
